Starting is sometimes the hardest part.
Movement
We heal our bodies through movement. When we start to move and stretch in safe ways it's amazing how we can feel better and have less pain.

Strengthening
Stability is the foundation for us to be able to walk, go up stairs, run, and play sports. Without it, our bodies will find a compensation in order to get the task done. These compensations often are the route of our pain.
